  Excellent service! The car was given us for a better price than online. Go directly to the counter and speak with the people working there. They will be very helpful! Don't forget, it's a small location, they have a limited amount of cars they can store and local use the service very often. Go there one day before just to reserve your spot and do the paper work and the d day you are ready to go. Don't trust bad reviews, car rental could be easy but in the big picture giving someone a >20k$ object is not so simple.

  I asked specifically for an white Audi A4 because it was for a wedding but I got a black BMW X3 instead because of a mess up. In the end I'm quite satisfied even though this was quite a mess up. In fact the clerk was very understanding of my situation and tried to help me as much as possible, plus I got a rebate. I would rent from this place again.

  Otherwise they usually have decent rates and decent cars (if they had time to clean it or they'll give you a pass to the car wash down the road).

  Make sure not to rent when they are busy since they only have 2 computers and 2 workers and they get very backed up which ends up making you wait 45 min for a car.
