  This is a nice alternative to Schwartz's. It remains authentic and Charming. The sandwich is tasty the brisket. The smoke weed. And the coleslaw is delicious. The selection of beverages is what you would expect any Montreal Delicatessen and the waitress is suitably charismatic.

  The meat was flavored perfectly, and the best part no dripping fat like you see at other places. Each bite was full of vibrant flavor. The poutine had the best cheese curds I have ever had in my travels.

  Lovely place with a vintage feel. We were there at a good time - mid afternoon. Not busy at all. Waitress had a bit of a personality but in short order, we were enjoying our smoked meat sandwiches, hot and crispy fries and our cold drinks. Less crazy than Schwartz's. The neighbourhood is lovely to explore.

  The path to the washroom is very narrow and but the washams themselves are clean and comfortable. On a cold day the seats near the window or rather chilly due to the aluminum casement of the large picture window. Aluminum is very poor at insulating and conducts heat incredibly well and is currently prohibited in. New construction.

  Friendly family-run service. Smoked meat is tender, full of flavour, and just the right amount of fat without being too much. Pickles are also pretty good here too! Lots of street parking options nearby. Service is very fast. Just make sure you don't get lost in the shuffle with all the customers going in and out if you're trying to get a table.

  This family 3rd-generation-run jewel needs no review. It is the place where you forget time or money ever get it the way of life itself. Stunning vibe. Gorgeous staff. An honor to have found this gem.

  A new KING has been Crowned! A very pleasant surprise, and great atmosphere. Small home town feel with big portions and the perfect brisket. The staff was great, and service was fast, and most importantly, the place was clean!
